We supply cable storage and deployment equipment, launch and recovery systems, winches and tensioners for marine and onshore applications.

Modifications, Repairs and Campaigns

We deliver scopes ranging from like-for-like replacements and time-critical repairs to multidiscipline modifications, upgrades, TARs, shutdowns and planned work campaigns.

Our engineering and delivery processes have been developed to be scalable in order to ensure a right sized approach to each scope reflecting the complexity, risk, schedule and operating environment of each scope.

06 Construction and Commissioning

Construction and Commissioning

Our onshore and offshore capability includes construction management, multi-trade execution teams and IRATA-accredited rope access personnel.

We also provide completions management, pre-commissioning, commissioning and pre-operations support, maintaining continuity between engineering, site execution, final handover and operations.

Late-Life and Decommissioning Support

We help prepare facilities, infrastructure and systems for safe transition out of operation.

Our capability and track record of delivery includes cessation-of-production support, engineering down and clean (EDC), system isolation, heavy-lift enabling, temporary power installation and commissioning, and the construction activities required to support wider decommissioning programmes.

Scan2Fab®: accelerating repairs and modifications

Scan2Fab® is our proprietary digital workflow for minor modifications and repair scopes across onshore and offshore facilities.

Scan2Fab® Video Case Study

Accurate 3D scan data is used to produce models, fabrication drawings and construction information, reducing reliance on traditional site surveys and repeated manual handling of dimensional data. This allows engineering and procurement activity to begin sooner while improving the accuracy of as-built information.

On one offshore spool-replacement scope, personnel already on the facility completed a 30-minute scan following remote training. The onshore engineering team was engaged within an hour and the fabrication drawing was issued in less than 24 hours.
