Experienced Wells personnel can work within a customer organisation, strengthening an existing team without changing the operating or management structure.

Support can range from an individual discipline specialist to a multidisciplinary engineering, commercial or operational team.

Where a customer needs the complete delivery organisation, we can manage the well project from planning through procurement, offshore execution and close-out.

This can include engineering, HSE, regulatory activity, contractor management, logistics, materials, cost control, offshore supervision and reporting.

Where responsibility needs to transfer, THREE60 can assume the Well Operator role under the applicable regulatory regime.

The scope, decision rights, retained client obligations and interfaces with licence holders, installation operators and other duty holders are defined clearly from the outset.

We review well history, condition, barriers, subsurface isolation requirements, regulatory obligations and available infrastructure to establish the basis of the programme.

The team develops abandonment designs, execution programmes, time and cost estimates, contracting strategies, regulatory submissions and the required offshore-readiness plan.

Where required, we manage the rig, services, logistics, offshore operation, change control, reporting and final close-out.

The delivery model can support one complex well, a multi-well campaign or a wider decommissioning programme involving Subsurface, Subsea, EPCC and Operations.
