THREE60 Energy has a history of delivering integrated reservoir studies, field development plans, due diligence and independent reporting services since 2008.  In addition, THREE60 Energy has developed unique digital reservoir technologies, such as our Reservoir Management & LTRO services, and provides digitally-leveraged Production Engineering Services (PES) to several clients. 

Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with a passion for developing business, forging strong relationships and delivering excellence in subsurface projects.

The role of the UK subsurface manager will be to drive the growth and delivery of subsurface services into the UK and European market.   As part of the THREE60 leadership team, his/her focus will be to network, cultivate relationships to develop new business and expand the organisation capabilities, with a focus on technical excellence. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Actively network within the UK Oil & Gas and Renewables ecosystem.
  2. Identify strategic directions for development of the Subsurface services within the UK and adjacent European markets.  
  3. Build on existing relationships to form a solid client base to drive the service expansion. 
  4. Maintain a CRM and opportunity pipeline to mature business opportunities
  5. Collaborate with other parts of the organisation (EPCC, Wells, Operations) to develop new integrated solutions for Operators and Asset Owners.
  6. Provide technical leadership for subsurface and integrated projects, working with numerous project teams wherever they may be located.
  7. Responsible for ensuring adequate technical assurance is performed on project reports and presentations, working within the group technical authority network (both virtually and in person)
  8. Develop an annual strategic development plan for Subsurface in UK and Europe, ensure the integration within the Group subsurface strategic plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. BSc/MSc in engineering/science.  Discipline background of geoscience, petrophysics, reservoir or petroleum engineering
  2. Preferably more than 15 years of industry experience, and a track-record of leadership of subsurface project teams.
  3. Proven and relevant experience in reservoir studies, due diligence, subsurface operations.  Prior experience with commercial advisory (asset and corporate M&A) is a benefit. 
  4. Solid understanding of facilities engineering and drilling considerations.
