Job Purpose

Responsible for purchasing activities. Accountable to the Facility Superintendent for the success of the SCM activities and deliverables in accordance with agreed schedules and budgets. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Ensure that all purchases comply with the Three60 Energy SCM Policies, Procedures, Systems and HSEQ requirements. 
  2. Provide purchasing and logistics support for Intrepid FPSO operations and maintenance activities 
  3. Source and review reliable vendors with respect to quality, suitability, delivery and pricing. 
  4. Obtain and negotiate competitive quotations. 
  5. Ensure that purchasing activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed schedules / milestones. 
  6. Ensure that orders are placed with Three60 Terms and Conditions. 
  7. Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery. 
  8. Network and build relationships with core suppliers and leverage the relationships to aid Performance. 
  9. Review current procurement activities and recommend any improvements required. 
  10. Ensure all procurement methods are implemented such as quantity discounts, standardization and reliable and consistent quality and delivery. 
  11. Continually review the performance of suppliers.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferred but functional experience is more important 
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of system receiving function. 
  3. 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management.

Abilities & Competencies 

  1. Good interpersonal, communication, managing change, and networking skills. 
  2. Transparent by acting consistently with integrity. 
  3. Able to work under pressure and good system receiving knowledge. 
  4. Knowledge of FPSO, Marine, Oil and Gas industry
