Main purpose of role:

To provide timekeeping support to Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning contracts / projects. Maintain systems to enable project management and control to be effective. Support the Project controls & finance areas of the business as required.

Key Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Maintain timely / accurate input of offshore labour hours into time-writing system
  2. Collate & prepare manual timesheets of offshore labour hours and liaise with supervisors for approval
  3. Interrogate timesheet content to ensure accuracy in line with project specific coding and contract T&C’s
  4. Collation of weekly / monthly man-hour reports
  5. Collation of non-productive time analysis and reporting
  6. Support time writing team with all-time related queries
  7. Support the procurement process such as PO placement.
  8. Support the invoicing process such as preparing costs to bill and providing support to finance function.
  9. Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role

Knowledge & Qualifications

  1. Formal qualification at a minimum of HNC level in Business or technical qualification, or similar (desirable).
  2. Highly proficient in MS Office applications
  3. Knowledge of working within business management systems and procedures (Desirable).

Skills & Experience

  1. Ability and commitment to complete tasks within set deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  2. Ability to be responsive, flexible and open to changing circumstances.
  3. Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and convert into management information.
  4. Excellent communication skills
