Main Purpose of the Role

Due to ongoing growth and expansion within THREE60 we are currently seeking to employ a Commercial Administrator, to join our team in Aberdeen. To provide support to operations via the development and delivery of processes and procedures. Support the business services team in the coordination of business systems management, time writing coordination, invoice compliance checking and commercial coordination. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Take an active role in continuous improvement projects, including development and deployment of commercial processes and software applications under the direction of the business services manager. 
  2. Lead the administration of intercompany processes, including managing the interface with group entities and ensuring commercial processes are communicated and followed for all intercompany trading.

  4. Responsible for inputting and tracking operations proposals and estimates, including processing of client purchase orders, liaising with clients to resolve queries, and distributing business updates. 
  5. Support the creation of projects within the business systems, ensuring adherence to company reporting structures, distribution of project notifications, and responsible for project closeout. 
  6. Coordinate timesheet processes, including management of missing time, revision of project activities to support timewriting, collating and reporting manhour statistics, and management of data entry for payroll.  Where required, act as the client interface for pro-forma approval and time approvals.   
  7. Lead the development and roll out of regular reporting to senior management in relation to commercial performance, such as: resource utilisation, project execution and KPIs, budget tracking, proposals and debtors. 
  8. Responsible for reviewing purchase invoices from a commercial compliance perspective, including rates, deliverables and commercial terms. 
  9. Support the business services and finance teams with adhoc projects as required.
  10. Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  1. Formal qualification in a relevant Accountancy, Business qualification or similar (desirable). [ ]
  2. Strong commercial and contract acumen (essential). [ ◉ ]
  3. Knowledge of working in the Energy Sector (desirable). [ ]
  4. Experience of using Financial systems (essential). [ ◉ ]
  5. Extensive experience in the development and deployment of business processes (essential). [ ◉ ]

Skills & Experience

  1. Experience in the handling and processing of timewriting (essential). [ ◉ ]
  2. Ability and commitment to complete tasks within set deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude (essential). [ ◉ ]
  3. Proven experience of working in a Commercial role supporting businesses across multiple entities and service lines, including the administration of intercompany trading (preferable). [
  4. Excellent administrative skills (essential). [ ◉ ]
  5. Strong excel skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data (essential). [ ◉ ]
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships (essential). [ ◉ ]
